Via Online: Click here and follow instructions to purchase and download Fast & Furious The Game. Then, access “Compete Online” from the game menu to create your Cloudcell account (for more explanations, read the game FAQ ). Then, follow competition instructions located here. You may also enter for free by clicking here and following entry instructions including your name and email address. You may enter as many times as you wish but there is a limit of one prize per household. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., May 31, 2009, when promotion ends.
ELIGIBILITY. Promotion is open only to persons, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of their registration. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of I-play, Universal Studios, Apple, Inc., any participating carrier or any of their promotion and advertising agencies, any prize provider, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Promotion, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. The winners in this promotion will be selected at random from the top 50 top scoring contestants of each race, per the above schedule by an independent judging organization from among all eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted in Westport, Connecticut by The Concept Studio, LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the promotion. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. Winners will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail and may be required to sign and return, within 7 business days after delivery to his/her address, an Affidavit of Compliance with these Official Rules, a Prize Release and a Publicity Release for use by Sponsor, I-play and their respective agencies of his/her name, likeness, and biographical information without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation the internet, unless prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return these forms postmarked within 7 business days may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. Entry materials void if incomplete or if they contain errors. All submissions become property of Sponsor.

Five (5) Third Prizes (1 per week): A Fast & Furious DVD set (ARV: $40 ea.). Total Prize Value: Odds of winning Prize depend on number entries in this promotion. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if announced prize becomes unavailable. Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for arrangement for delivery of prize.
CONDITIONS. Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the judging organization which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release I-play, Universal Studios, Apple, Inc, participating carriers, and all prize providers (including the parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities of each), together with the respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents of each, including without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Promotion, (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize‑related activities. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. I-play may prohibit you from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or I-play representatives. This Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
